InterWrite MeetingBoard is a sophisticated and easy-to-use electronic whiteboard designed to replace conventional dry-erase marker boards and wall-mounted screens commonly used with LCD/DLP computer projectors. Whether you're presenting to an important client, conducting a training session or reviewing a design, the InterWrite MeetingBoard will keep your audience engaged in the presentation. You can write notes and highlight key points on top of your presentation using one of the electronic pens, and interact with your computer while standing at the MeetingBoard using the pen as a mouse. E-mail your annotations to meeting participants, keeping them focused on what’s important and ensuring that they all have the same notes and action items. How the MeetingBoard Works The MeetingBoard functions and looks similar to a traditional, white surface, dry-erase marker board and uses standard dry-erase markers. However, when the markers are placed in specially designed holders, an embedded electronic grid under the board's surface senses and tracks marker movements. The marker tracking technology combined with MeetingBoard's InterWrite software allows: Electronic saving of meeting notes Direct printing of notes via MeetingBoard's parallel port Electronic highlighting and annotating of any screen image projected on the MeetingBoard's surface from an attached LCD/DLP computer projector

Interactive Mode What's Required MeetingBoard, Electronic Marker Holder Pen, InterWrite Software, Computer, LCD/DLP Projector Use With MeetingBoard's unique marker tracking, the MeetingBoard's pen functions as the computer's mouse, move the pen and the mouse cursor follows, allowing you to control and use any software program at the MeetingBoard. Buttons on the side of the pen act as left and right mouse buttons. In addition, the InterWrite software offers a color palette of digital pens and highlighters allowing you to annotate any screen image and save it for later retrieval and printing. Also, using digital ink you can write notes over a conventional white background as you would on a standard dry erase marker board. MeetingBoard's unique electronic dry-erase marker holder pens contain standard Expo dry-erase markers. Markers are capped for Interactive mode operation InterWrite Software developed for the MeetingBoard allows for both whiteboarding of notes and electronic annotation of any computer image or file in the different operating modes.

Standard Features Digitizing Technology  The InterWrite MeetingBoard utilizes patented electromagnetic digitizing technology which delivers high resolution (1,000 lines per inch), providing superior performance for fine annotations and handwriting recognition, fast tracking speed and a hard, rigid construction for years of reliable use. Software Standard as part of the InterWrite MeetingBoard, is an extremely intuitive and easy to use annotation program that can be used to annotate, highlight or make notes over any Windows application. You can even save and print or e-mail your annotations and notes to participants after the meeting, to make sure everyone stays on the same page. InterWrite Software is compatible with Windows 98, 2000, NT, ME and XP. Work Surface Two work surfaces are available on the InterWrite MeetingBoard: 3000 Series - Work surface produces minimal glare when used in Interactive Mode with a projector, and easy clean-up when used with dry-erase markers in Whiteboard Mode.  4000 and 5000 Series - Premium work surface provides minimal glare when used in Interactive Mode with a projector, and superior clean-up when used with dry-erase markers in Whiteboard Mode. Programmable Softkeys Three programmable softkeys simplify using the MeetingBoard by providing instant access to launching a favorite application, Internet site or file. Computer Connection A 25' serial (RS-232) cable and a 15' Universal Serial Bus (USB) are included with all models. Models with a "B" designation (example: 3175B) also include a wireless Bluetooth™ connection. Electronic Pens Electronic pens provide full mouse capability (left and right click, drag and drop, etc.) and are available in two styles: Interactive Dry-Erase Pen - Contains an electronic eraser and Expo® markers for dry-erase use. Projection Pen - Smaller, thinner pen for use in Interactive Mode only. Does not hold dry-erase markers. Pen Tray The pen tray provides a convenient storage location for the electronic pens. Wall Mount Bracket The wall mount bracket provides support when hanging the MeetingBoard on a wall. Power Supply A power supply with a 10' cord is included. The power supply output is rated at 9V @ 1A. Optional Accessories Floor Stand A sturdy, easily adjustable floor stand on casters provides a convenient means to move the MeetingBoard from room to room Bluetooth Hub Available as either a PCMCIA card or a USB dongle, the Bluetooth Hub is an antenna that connects to your PC and provides wireless connectivity between the PC and the MeetingBoard (Bluetooth models only), as well as the InterWrite MeetingPad (Model 300 only).
