Affordable, robust and easy-to-use, Rhino has become the application of choice for 3D digitizing with direct support for 3D MicroScribe G2 digitizers. Rhino's 3D drawing functions accept x,y,z coordinate input from the MicroScribe; draw points, lines, curves, surfaces and solids directly in Rhino with the MicroScribe's stylus. Also, Rhino includes a 3-D Digitizing toolbar for direct access to the most used 3D digitizing functions.

• Real-time, on-screen cursor tracking The stylus tip of the MicroScribe is tracked in 3-Space so you always know where the tip is in relation to your computer model.

• Coordinate calibration Calibration function allows you to define a coordinate system with the MicroScribe and to realign and daisy chain data for digitizing parts larger than the MicroScribe's workspace.

• Sketch curves Allows drawing of curves with the MicroScribe, points are input at a specified distance interval.

• Planar sections Allows digitizing of data on 2D planes at specified intervals.

• Export file formats DWG/DXF(AutoCAD 200x, 14, 13, and 12 ), SAT (ACIS), X_T (Parasolid), 3DS, LWO, STL, OBJ, AI, RIB, POV, UDO, VRML, BMP, TGA, JPG, CSV (export properties and hydrostatics), uncompressed TIFF, STEP, VDA, GHS, SLC, Deep Paint 3D.
