QuickMeasure is a Windows software application that automates the drawing measurement & take-off process for Construction Estimators, Asset Managers and anyone who needs to measure areas and lengths from prints.

With QuickMeasure and an SLVI Digitizer or Roll-up III Digitizer you can quickly and accurately measure lineal and square footages in a fraction of the time versus conventional methods such as manual scales and mechanical measuring devices.

Set your drawing scale, select the measuring function such as area, trace the drawing item and your done. It's that easy! Take-off quantities are uniquely saved with the measurement total, scale used, and a picture of items measured.

Unique Excel Spreadsheet Integration - Using a Digitizer with your Spreadsheets is Easy
For Estimators that use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for estimating, QuickMeasure can be installed as an Excel Tool Bar. Using QuickMeausure with Excel is as easy as 1-2-3.

1. Click on a spreadsheet cell where you need to measure a quantity
2. Select a measuring tool on the tool bar, such as area, and a digitizing screen appears
3. Digitize the items and hit enter and your done!

Your measurement is placed in the cell along with the picture of the items digitized.

• Measuring Functions Four (4) measuring functions: Length, Segmented Length, Area and Count.

• Drawing Scale and ReScale Engineering, Architectural and Metric unit drawing scales. Calibrate scale function for reduced size prints, fax and photo copies. Two-directional scale calibration for added accuracy and 2 scale drawings such as profile and cross-section drawings.

• Digitizer Template Control Optional templates are provided for placement on the digitizer to control QuickMeasure's most often used functions directly from the digitizer pen.

• Data and Graphic Audit Trail All measurements are stored with the associated digitized graphic including line color, line type, scale used and any component or converted values of each measurement such as pitched/slope and volume conversions.

• Stand-Alone Operation, with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, or any Database Application or Estimating Program QuickMeasure can be run by itself or directly from a User's spreadsheet, storing all measurements and graphics directly in Excel's XLS file. Also, for Access or estimating program users, QuickMeasure's Universal Interface feature allows digitizing of measurements directly into any Windows program.
